About Steven...
Our Director Steven is passionate about property, as well as being a fully qualified estate agent with years of experience in the property sector, he has also obtained a first class honours degree in Business Property Management from Sheffield University. He even picked up the prestigious RICS Award for the most outstanding student on the course.
Steven a member of RICS and a fellow of both ARLA and NAEA.

About Sarah...
Graduating from Leeds University with a degree in law and a postgraduate diploma in legal practice with a special interest in property, Sarah worked in the legal sector before moving to estate agency six years ago. Having a friendly but professional customer focused attitude, Sarah is a keen sales progressor focusing on coordinating vendors and purchasers solicitors to make the sales process run smoothly. Sarah's spare time mostly revolves around entertaining her young son but she also enjoys good food and wine, camping and is partial to trying extreme sports such as skydiving or bungee jumping.
Sarah’s Top Tip:
"Good landscaping will transform the exterior look and feel of your home and give you a higher price. Hire a landscaper or do it yourself."
About Jamie...
Having graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Law, Jamie went on to complete a post graduate diploma in Legal Practice at Nottingham Trent University.
As part of our sales progression team Jamie uses her background in Retail Management to provide an approachable and honest service to our clients moving their sale or purchase on as smoothly as possible.
Jamie has a little girl who occupies most of her free time but you can also find her knocking her own house to bits as she likes to change around often!

About Katie...
After graduating from University of Chester Katie’s career took her to the big city life of London. This is where her experience of real estate began. After buying and selling property in London in a challenging market Katie developed a comprehensive understanding of the property market and the process of buying, selling and renting property.
On relocating back to her home city of Sheffield this enthusiasm stayed with her and in Summer 2018 she became part of our fantastic team. She is passionate about providing honest and reliable advice in both sales and lettings.
In her spare time Katie loves exercise, running, spinning or badminton are her tipple of choice. Katie is a keen motivator and regularly encourages the team to sign up to local sporting events.

"Paint colour is such a personal choice and potential buyers are likely to want to customise it themselves. If you have dark rich colours then repaint in neutral hues"

As one of the founding members of the team at SK, Kate has been instrumental in its success and growth since opening in 2012. With her eye for detail and in depth property knowledge Kate is involved in overseeing all aspects of the business. With a passion for football, Kate is a Burnley fan but we can’t all be perfect!
